What do I need to rent a tool?
Rent with ease using just your driver's license or government-issued ID, plus a credit or debit card for upfront payment. No extra deposit needed! And for business users, a valid Rancho Rentals Business Account will do the trick.
How old do I have to be to rent equipment?
Renters must be at least 18 years old and possess a current driver's license to utilize our equipment rentals?

Is fuel included?
No. The equipment is delivered with a full fuel tank. If refueling is necessary, it is your responsibility to refuel the equipment, otherwise, you will be charged a refueling fee.
What happens if a tool breaks or quits working while I’m renting it?
At Rancho Rentals, we take equipment rental seriously. That's why every piece of equipment is thoroughly inspected before each rental to ensure it's in good working order. How do I pick up the equipment?
For a smooth rental experience, please bring a valid driver’s license or government-issued photo ID that matches the reservation name. Prior to departure, your charges will be charged to the credit or debit card provided at checkout, and a digital signature accepting the rental and contract terms will be collected. Let us help you make your project a success.
What is the delivery cost?
Our delivery charge is determined by three factors: the equipment category and class, the rental location, and the distance to your project site. Our team will provide transparent pricing that meets your specific needs.
How long is each rental period?
- One Day Rental = One (1) 8-hour shift over a 24-hour period
- One Week Rental = Five (5) 8-hour shifts over a seven-day period
- One Month Rental = Twenty (20) 8-hour shifts over a 28-day period
Do you guarantee delivery time?
On-time equipment delivery is a top priority. While we strive to stick to our pre-arranged delivery schedule, we can't always account for traffic or other unexpected events. If your equipment is delivered outside of the four-hour window, give us a call. And if there's a specific delivery time you need, just let us know in advance - we're happy to accommodate your needs, although additional fees may apply.
How do I return my equipment?
All equipment is to be returned on time to the original pick-up location as indicated in the contract. They must be in the same condition and cleanliness as when you received them.
