As a family-owned business, we've been serving our community since 2022, but our roots go way back to 1979 when our Co-Founder, Bay Mitchell, was just a little girl fascinated by her father's heavy construction equipment company. Bay, with husband and Co-Founder Casey, live in Solana Beach with their two sons. Casey moved to Solana Beach in 2002 and has spent 25 years sourcing and financing equipment for small businesses nationwide. In the post-pandemic years, the Mitchells were caught in the middle of a construction project. Seeing the extraordinary delays and difficulties contractors had sourcing equipment, the passion for a locally operated, service-first equipment provider was born. Serving contractors, developers, and individuals in North County, we pride ourselves on being a part of the beautiful community development we see daily in this beautiful city.
